You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our internal customers whenever they engage with the Operational Care Center (OCC). As part of the Operational Care Center team, your duties will include direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCLs), proactive customer service, problem-solving, follow-up, and collaboration with our customer service colleagues. You will report to the Sea Logistics Reefer Operational Care Supervisor
How you create impact
+ Processing accurate files by adhering to all policies and procedures, while maintaining real time visibility of shipments.
+ Monitor, prioritize and balance customer specific needs on a daily basis by answering queries and requests through multi-channel communication streams.
+ Review, understand and be knowledgeable of Kuehne+Nagel QSHE policies and regulations as well as GxP (Good Practices) compliance.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Care Location to ensure we deliver on their customer commitments by analyzing customer KPI reports to communicate and assist the Customer Care Location in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
+ Collaborate with the system process team to drive automation utilization related to Operational Care processes.
+ Drive all elements of the customer into our core operating systems and tools by requesting Business Profile creation/updates and maintenance of Wiki page
What we would like you to bring
+ High School Degree/Diploma in supply chain management or similar field
+ 2+ years of Sea Logistics Imports and Freight Forwarding experience
+ 2+ years of proven experience or strong knowledge/understanding of reefer operations
+ Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)Administrative / data entry experience required
+ Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills to manage various shipments and deadlines efficiently
