Pollo Regio is seeking for Restaurant General Managers for our Dallas TX locations. This position requires customer-focused individuals with previous restaurant experience, and a desire to succeed and grow with the company.

Your responsibilities as a Pollo Regio Manager will include -
+ Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
+ Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
+ Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
+ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
+ Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
+ Control costs and minimize waste
+ Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
+ Minimum one to two years of Operations experience
+ Loves to work in a team
+ A good attitude to coach and motivate team members always
+ Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
+ Possess good communication skills
+ Food Safety Certification
