    Position Summary

    We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is perfect for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people find the right opportunities. You'll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across a wide range of industries and job functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles

    + Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and internal databases

    + Write and post job descriptions across various platforms

    + Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and pre-screen for qualifications and interest

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    + Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process

    + Help build and maintain pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles

    + Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

    + Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job board tools

    + Experience with an ATS is a plus

    + High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
