Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the facilities team supporting the overall upkeep and functionality of the properties. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Worker

**Location:** Palm Springs, CA

**Pay Range:** $22 per hour

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and grounds

+ Troubleshooting and addressing plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building needs

+ Ensuring common areas, units, and amenities are in excellent condition

+ Assisting with preventative maintenance to keep property running smoothly

+ Responding promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience in property/apartment/timeshare maintenance preferred

+ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

+ Must be reliable and detail-oriented
