    Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Event Manager to support a leading global streaming and entertainment platform. In this role, you will oversee planning and execution for large-scale events, premieres, screenings, talent tours, and media activations across multiple regions, primarily focused on LATAM, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

     

    Bilingual Event Manager

     

    Hours: 40 hours/week (WFH 4 days/week, onsite 1 day/week)

     

    Duration: 12-month contract (potential to extend or convert to FTE)

     

    Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour

    Position Overview:

    This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has extensive experience coordinating complex, multi-market events while working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and senior stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead end-to-end event management, including premieres, screenings, junkets, talent tours, and media activations for global and regional titles.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international regions to align on event goals, messaging, and deliverables.

    + Manage vendor relationships, oversee agency coordination, and support onboarding of new event partners.

    + Develop project timelines, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress for multiple overlapping events.

    + Prepare and deliver executive-facing presentations, project plans, and reports on event performance and upcoming initiatives.

    + Manage event-related logistics, including ordering DCPs, processing purchase orders, and maintaining budgets.

    + Work closely with related business units (e.g., Music, Games, Books) to ensure event strategies align across content verticals.

    + Create, organize, and manage documentation to support event plans, creative briefs, and operational updates.

    + Lead planning calls with regional partners, ensuring alignment on event timelines, assets, and execution strategies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of event planning and project management experience, ideally supporting entertainment, media, or global brand activations.

    + Bilingual fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese a strong plus.

    + Demonstrated experience planning and executing events across LATAM markets is highly preferred.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling event plans and executive presentations.

    + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.

     

    Top 3 Must-Haves

     

    + Bilingual (Spanish) — essential for working with LATAM regions.

    + 5+ years of event planning experience — ideally with global or multi-region projects.

    + Strong writing and communication skills — must be able to craft detailed plans, briefs, and presentations.
