    We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Service Contracts Specialist within our Global Procurement team to help support our business.     As a Service Contract Specialist you will have the opportunity to administer and manage service contracts related to mobile phones, utility bill payments, copier leases, and phone services. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring cost-effective procurement, timely payments, and optimal service delivery across all relevant categories.

     

    So, what will you be doing as a Service Contracts Specialist?

     

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.

    + Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of mobile phones and related accessories.

    + Monitor usage, billing, and service plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and policy compliance.

    + Coordinate with IT and HR for device provisioning, reassignment, and deactivation.

    + Manage the third-party utility bill payment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and coordination between sites and payment company

    + Administer copier lease agreements and coordinate maintenance and service schedules.

    + Monitor usage metrics and optimize lease terms based on performance and business needs.

    + Collaborate with departments to ensure copier availability and functionality.

    + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to mobile and telecom services.

    + Provide training and guidance to internal users on service policies and procedures.

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.

    + 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor management.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, contract management systems, and ERP platforms.

    + Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    + Excellent verbal skills

    + Ability to be a self-starter and work in groups or alone on projects

    + Ability to align with forward vision and proactively seek solutions to achieving vision

    + Experience in a global or multi-site organization.
