Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Tomball, Texas. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounting who are eager to contribute to financial operations and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end close processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Conduct annual inventory counts and monitor inventory cycles within the manufacturing environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze inventory data and ensure proper documentation.

• Utilize Oracle NetSuite to streamline accounting operations and enhance reporting capabilities.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and other reports for management review.

• Support audits and compliance efforts by providing accurate financial information.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting practices.

• Maintain organized records and documentation to facilitate smooth financial operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and month-end close activities.

• Familiarity with inventory counts and cycles in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
