Service Receptionist Wanted at Priority Honda Chesapeake!

Priority Honda Chesapeake, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is looking for a friendly and professional Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our service department. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and want to join a supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $15 per hour

What You’ll Do:

+ Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy

+ Schedule and confirm service appointments

+ Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member

+ Provide information about services and ensure a positive customer experience

+ Assist the service team with administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Friendly, professional, and reliable

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required

+ Must be able to work Saturdays
