Position Summary and Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
+ Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors’ strategies. Collect and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
+ Content Creation: Assist in developing compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, website, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the brand’s voice.
+ Social Media Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or messages.
+ Campaign Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Assist in coordinating logistics, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports.
+ Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns. Help segment email lists, draft content, and track open rates and click-through rates. Data Analysis: Compile and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future marketing strategies.
+ Event Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, workshops, or trade shows. Assist with logistics, coordination, and post-event analysis.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives. Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance your marketing knowledge and skills.
Education and Experience:
REQUIRED:
+ High School diploma or certificate of equivalency
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.
REQUIRED:
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
+ Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
+ Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Express.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
+ Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
