Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year (Based on Experience)

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Utility Foremen** for commercial projects in the **Hampstead, MD** area. The salary range is **$75,000 – $85,000** per year based on experience. All Foreman are scheduled **40+ hours a week** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen.

Job Duties

+ Manage a utility crew responsible for installation, replacement, and repair of public water, sewer, and stormwater systems

+ Interpret plans and drawings to determine best course of action

+ Plan, manage, and evaluate crew work

+ Oversee material ordering, delivery scheduling, and usage

+ Collaborate with other divisions and crews to maintain project efficiency

+ Complete and submit daily work logs, crew hours, and job charge codes

+ Document job progress and extra work needed

+ Ensure job site safety and OSHA compliance

+ Other duties as assigned

Trade Requirements

+ 8 years of experience in excavating, utility, or related field (4 years specifically in utilities)

+ MDE Erosion and Sediment Control Certification (MDE Green Card)

+ Adult CPR and First Aid Certification

+ OSHA 10 Certification

+ Completion of Trenching and Confined Space safety course

+ Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

+ Ability to read and verify specifications and grade plans

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to work in all weather conditions and noisy, high-traffic environments
