    Job Summary

    Provide event planning, coordination, implementation and execution for multiple types of events for corporate or Sanford Sports Complex events. Responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing budgets and timelines for assigned events and meetings with internal stakeholders to determine venues, business requirements and desired outcomes.

     

    Coordinate detailed logistics with operational partners and vendors to ensure delivery of the elements required for a positive event experience. Along with the events manager, facilitate appropriate negotiation, review and execution of vendor contracts.

     

    Responsible for coordinating details to ensure execution of innovative, impactful and memorable event experiences as defined by stakeholders. Work in concert with operational stakeholders, vendors and members of the marketing team to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

     

    Responsible for reviewing program materials, setting up and breaking down the event areas, preparing and sampling products on scheduled event days.

     

    Regionally focused, but some travel may be required to manage large-scale events in various regions of the enterprise.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business required.

     

    Experience in events or project management preferred.
