Position: Senior Maintenance Manager

Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000/year - Depending upon experience

Status: Full-Time

Category: Exempt

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Reports to: Director of Maintenance & Facilities

The Arc Mercer is a trusted leader in providing comprehensive support and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Mercer County. What We Want: Experienced Leader who will own the Maintenance function for 24 Residential and 7 Commercial properties.

+ Lead, develop and mentor 2-3 Technicians and a Maintenance Manger.

+ Oversee, maintenance inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances and structural integrity.

+ Utilize UPKEEP software to elevate the tracking and completion of work orders and asset documentation.

+ Lead snow and salting efforts during winter months.

+ Oversee outside contractor relationships.

+ Manage on-call rotation and emergency response.

What You Need:

+ High School Diploma/GED required.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in residential, nonprofit, or healthcare settings.

+ Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience in vendor and contractor management.

+ Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions or moving violations in the past three years).

+ Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting between 50 - 100 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking.
