    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and material quality

    + Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations

    + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime

    + Maintain accurate production and maintenance records

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and uphold safety standards

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Commitment to safety protocols and environmental compliance

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
