    Objective(s):

    The main purpose of the Rides Team Lead is:

    + Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Ride Operators, ensuring excellent guest service is provided at all times.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Provide leadership to employees emphasizing safety, cleanliness, and guest service

    + Ensure safe operation of all rides

    + Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner

    + Set up ride rotation boards for each shift

    + Answer guest questions efficiently

    + Provide direction to associates regarding schedule, breaks and ride rotation

    + Ensure that employees are complying with company policy and procedure

    + Assist with communicating and documenting employee performance concerns

    + Ensure overall cleanliness and safety of the work area

    + Will perform the job of Ride Operator when needed

    + May provide support in other work areas as needed, including special projects or other tasks as assigned.

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1-2 years post-secondary education preferred

    + At least 2 years guest service-related experience required

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Basic computer skills (MS Office)

    Physical Job Requirements:

    + Stand and move- frequently, 90% of time

    + Reach at or below shoulder level- frequently, 90% of time

    + Kneel and bend- frequently, 80% of time

    + Perform repetitive motion-Frequently, 70% of time

    + Stoop/Squat-Frequently, 70%

    + Lifting/carry up to 20 pounds – Occasionally, 30% of time

    + Lift/Carry up to 30 lbs-Infrequently, 20% of time

    + Reach at or above shoulder level –occasionally, 20% of time

    + Handle larger items such as boxes or packages- occasionally, 20% of time
