• Operational Accounting Manager Consultant

    RGP (San Jose, CA)


    We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Accounting Manager Consultant. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting processes, ensure compliance with U. . GAAP and internal policies, and play a key role in month-end close. You will lead process optimization initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop innovative process solutions, and contribute to the company’s growth.

     

    + Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes and controls.

    + Lead system and reporting tool enhancements.

    + Support SEC reporting and statutory compliance.

    + Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

    + BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (CPA and Big 4 preferred).

    + 5+ years accounting experience, including month-end close and reconciliations.

    + Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls expertise.

    + Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

    + Cloud or SaaS experience

    + Proven ability to lead deliver results in a high-growth, multinational environment.

    + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $80-85hr.
