$74,000 - $75,000/Year
Job Details
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services field and Qualified Health Professional (QHP) with a minimum of five years supervisory experience required. Licensed and/or limited permit eligible strongly preferred. Advanced CASAC preferred. NYS Driver’s License required.
Job Summary: In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the SR Director of Offsite Reintegration is responsible for ensuring the daily operation success of reintegration Supportive Living sites. The following duties will apply:
Duties
1. Facilitates motivational team building and group supervision.
2. Maintain acceptable standards of program planning and performance.
3. Provides direct supervision to staff on a regular basis including use of various audits and observations.
4. Complete staff evaluations as prescribed by the agency.
5. Lead and participate in general, staff, in-service and supervisory meetings held by the Agency.
6. Maintain required reporting, records and statistics as directed.
7. Develops and maintain positive and effective relationships with community groups, referral sources and service agencies.
8. Recruits, screens and interviews with prospective staff. Assess staff training needs and assist in the development of those needs.
9. Participate in community presentations and training programs.
10. Training of all new direct reports.
11. Assure agency and program compliance and ensure fidelity in strategic business goals.
12. Demonstrates teamwork and an ability to work in a team environment with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments. Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and cooperative.
13. Responds appropriately to crisis/emergency situations in order to ensure/secure the safety/well-being of the clients.
14. Assures all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with agency/OASAS regulations, practices, policies & procedures.
15. Demonstrates professionalism by providing quality service and care with respect and dignity for the clients and as a representative of FLACRA.
16. Helps identify and develop innovative and integrated service delivery.
17. Participate in on-call rotation.
18. Perform other duties and functions as directed.

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with culturally diverse persons, staff and community service providers.
2. Proficient computer skills to generate reports and produce electronic records.
3. Ability to multi-task, have good problem solving & time management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. E-record competency.
