    We are currently recruiting for a **Data & Process Governance Lead** to be located in **West Chester, PA or New Brunswick, NJ.**

    Position Summary

    The Data & Process Governance Lead will be responsible for overseeing data quality initiatives, managing data governance processes, and ensuring the integrity of data throughout the organization. This role will require a proactive approach to identify and resolve data quality issues while collaborating with various departments to enhance data workflows. This position will play a key role in utilizing new and evolving solutions aimed at improving data quality related to forecasts, orders, master data, and helping drive service and cash flow targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.

    + Monitor, assess, and improve data quality metrics on an ongoing basis.

    + Lead data validation and cleansing efforts utilizing SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau.

    + Collaborate with IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders to establish data process and governance frameworks.

    + Conduct regular audits and assessments of data quality processes.

    + Provide training and support to team members on data quality tools and best practices.

    + Create and maintain documentation related to data quality processes and findings.

    + Generate reports and visualize data quality trends using Tableau.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

    + Experience in health care industry and supply chain management

    + Proven experience in data management and quality assurance, particularly with SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau.

    + Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

    Preferred Skills

    + Previous experience in a role within data quality or data governance.

    + Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.

    + Knowledge of database management systems and query languages (SQL).

    + Certification in data management or quality assurance is a plus.
