    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Manufacturing Laborers** for projects located in the **Indianapolis, IN area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22-25/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform equipment setups, mold changes, and production line changeovers efficiently

    + Monitor and adjust processes to maintain part quality

    + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or material issues

    + Conduct in-process quality checks throughout the shift

    + Label and tag products and packaging appropriately

    + Place finished goods in designated areas (pallets/loading zones)

    + Maintain raw material supplies and handle process material recycling

    + Complete and maintain all required production paperwork

    + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery

    + Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipments

    + Assemble boxes and apply labels for production runs

    + Follow all company procedures and safety training protocols

    + Maintain a clean and safe working environment

    Requirements

    + All PPE

    + Basic hand tools
