    Summary of the Job:

    This position is responsible for researching and resolving internal and external requests for adjustments while supporting account information accuracy. The role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring compliance with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program.

    About This Role:

    Key Responsibilities

    Core Functions

    + Research and resolve adjustment and research requests with precision and timeliness

    + Process and fulfill subpoena requests for Legal department

    + Conduct balance reconciliation and research for General Ledger accounts

    + Maintain organized warehouse storage of records

    + Actively participate in daily Continuous Improvement MDI team processes

    Cross-Departmental Collaboration

    + Serve as a liaison between operational departments and customer-facing teams

    + Build and maintain productive working relationships with key internal partners including:

    + Coporate Treasury Services (CTS)

    + Retail Banking

    + Legal

    + First National Information Technology (FNIT)

    + Other First National Operations (FNO) groups

    + Audit and Compliance

    + Collaborate with other financial institutions to resolve inter-bank inquiries

    + Advocate for customers' interests across organizational boundaries

    Performance & Development

    + Meet or exceed department accuracy and productivity standards

    + Complete all assigned formal and on-the-job training to maintain role competency

    + Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental boundaries

    + Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions that exceed expectations

    The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

    Basic Qualifications

    Education & Skills

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Proficient with PC/Microsoft Office applications

    + Strong email communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation

    Work Style & Attributes

    + Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a diverse, fast-paced environment

    + Exercises sound judgment within established policies and guidelines

    + Detail-oriented while understanding appropriate level of precision for each situation

    + Effective multitasker capable of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

    + Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across departments

    + Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance

    + Willing to work as part of a larger team

    + Physical capability to lift 25-30 lbs.

    + Proactively communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units

    + Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent department interests

    + Share relevant information with appropriate teams to ensure alignment

    + Maintain professional relationships that facilitate efficient problem resolution

    + Demonstrate flexibility in supporting department priorities while meeting enterprise needs

    + Willing to assist other outside groups in times of need

    + Experienced with any of the following: Hogan, Foundation, Nautilus, PeopleSoft, TCM, Deluxe 360, Lockbox processes.

    Compensation:

    Compensation range (base pay): $36,720.00-$58,752.00

     

    _This role may have a specific starting pay within this range._

     

    Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

    It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
