    What You'll Be Doing

    + Assist with the maintenance and optimization of electrical and control systems.

    + Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues.

    + Participate in the design and implementation of automation improvements.

    + Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to enhance system reliability.

    + Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives related to electrical systems.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, automation, or control systems typically obtained through university or college curriculum

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

    + Effective communication and a continuous improvement mindset.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

    + Willingness to travel to or relocate to other locations for further career progression

    Work Environment

    This position is based in a cement manufacturing facility and includes both office and field work. You’ll be exposed to industrial conditions such as noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Safety is a top priority, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
