    About The Role:

    This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking a career in land surveying. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.

     

    The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a good foundation upon which to build your career. The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on land surveying while working with multiple Professional Land Surveyor’s across the US.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist Project Manager's in completing revisions on American Land Title Association surveys

    + Minor AutoCAD/Carlson drafting

    + Address Surveyor and client comments

    + Complete and update survey certifications

    What You’ll Need:

    + Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel and expand their knowledge in land surveying.

    + Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student

    + Experience with MS Office preferred

    + Strong communication skills

    + Experience with Carlson Survey or Civil3D software is a plus

    + Understanding of the American Land Title Association/National Society of Professional Surveyors survey standards

    Ohio Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $19.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $20.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
