Qualifications:
Required:
+ Graduate of an accredited PTA program
+ Active California PTA License
+ Valid CPR Certification
+ Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
+ 1+ year of Home Health or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
Job Summary:
+ Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT and within the physician’s plan of care
+ Deliver therapy to relieve pain, restore function, and improve performance
+ Guide patients in exercises, gait and functional training, transfers, and mobility techniques
+ Administer treatments (heat, cold, ultrasound, etc.) and monitor progress
+ Educate patients on proper use of orthotics, prosthetics, and adaptive devices
+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to care team planning

**Pay Details:** $31.00 to $39.00 per hour
