    Description

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist to provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations of the ERP system.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP support for end users.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical ERP issues.

    + Escalate complex problems to developers or vendors as needed.

    + Maintain user access, roles, and security settings.

    + Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

    + 2–4 years of ERP support experience.

    + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
