    Business Systems Consultant III

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

     

    Duration: 12 months (Contract)

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant III to support enterprise-level HR systems initiatives. This role will focus on ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) and requires a strong background in systems consulting, project leadership, and technical support within HR domains.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a Business Systems Consultant within the Corporate HR Service Center.

    + Provide technical support for HR-related software and systems.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; implement enhancements as needed.

    + Lead and support large-scale projects, including user testing and implementation.

    + Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders.

    + Gather and document business requirements; support system design and implementation.

    + Maintain project documentation and track issues throughout the lifecycle.

    + Add new services to the employee center portal and support ongoing enhancements.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 5–7 years of systems experience

    + (In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant technical experience including ServiceNow consulting will be considered)

    + 5+ years of experience in Information Technology / Systems

    + 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including:

    + Administration, configuration, and automation tools (Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Automation Engine)

    + 3–4 years of experience in the HR domain, specifically with:

    + HRSD case management, knowledge management, lifecycle events, agent workspaces, reports, and dashboards

    + Strong experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes

    + Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

    + Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and DevOps tools

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

    + ITIL knowledge or certification

    + Experience with Performance Analytics in ServiceNow

    Soft Skills:

    + Strong problem-solving skills with a modular, methodical approach

    + Excellent written and verbal communication, including storytelling and presentation

    + Self-motivated learner with strong research and inquiry skills

    + Effective time management and organizational abilities

    + Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

    Team Collaboration:

    You will work closely with:

    + Fellow Business Systems Consultants

    + Project Managers

    + Corporate HR and HR Service Center stakeholders

    + IT Developers, QA Analysts, and BI/Analytics teams
