    Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

     

    Overview

     

    We are seeking a mechanically inclined Heavy Assembler to join our team in Bolingbrook. This hands-on role involves assembling custom production tools and equipment based on engineering specifications. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble equipment and tools according to engineering drawings

    + Rework parts using grinders, mills, and lathes

    + Diagnose tool issues, quote repairs, and restore items to like-new condition

    + Set up and maintain wire processors, crimp presses, and hand tools

    + Manage purchasing and stock levels for non-inventory items

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Experience with hand and power tools

    + Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics

    + Experience in mechanical assembly or machining

    + Familiarity with tape measures and basic shop tools

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
