_Position Details_

Shifts & Pay:

+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $16.75/hour

+ 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $17.00/hour

_What You’ll Do_

As a Document Prep Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing paperwork for digital imaging and ensuring accuracy throughout the process. This includes:

+ Handling cartons and organizing documents

+ Removing staples, clips, and other fasteners

+ Flattening pages and maintaining document order

+ Matching physical documents to digital versions

+ Indexing and naming files using company software

+ Experience in general labor or warehouse settings

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Basic computer and communication abilities

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and focused work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $17.00/hr.
