How you create impact

As the Sea Logistics LCL Export e-Commerce Specialist delivers operational excellence and the highest qualitycustomer service by maintaining clear communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers, andKuehne+Nagel overseas offices. Responsibilities include reviewing and updating quotations to match cargospecifications, advising shippers on compliance and regulatory requirements, and ensuring proper Shipper's Letterof Instruction (SLI) documentation. The role involves managing bookings via the myKN Quote & Book process,maintaining accurate shipment data, and ensuring compliance with United States Export Control Laws and Dangerous Good Management (DGM) regulations. Monitoring vendor performance and addressing service gapsare also key to ensuring efficient, high-quality service.

+ Scheduling and dispatch as well as deadline tracking of LCL shipments in coordination with colleagues from e.g. Customer Service

+ Preparation of customs and shipping documents

+ Execution of order-related profitability tests

+ Transparent documentation of instructions regarding customer-specific documentation and billing

+ Maintenance of national and international networks as well as correspondence with shipping companies, our customers and foreign organizations

+ Review KPIs and create reports

What we would like you to bring

+ 1+ years' experience in freight forwarding and supply chain management, with a strong focus on Sea Logistics

+ 1+ years' Customer Service experience in a freight forwarding environment

+ 1+ years' experience working in an office environment

Base salary is part of acompetitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan,tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target rangeand is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and otherrelevant business considerations.
