As a Lead Visual Designer you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brands vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences using tools like Google Web Designer Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Your expertise will drive innovative design solutions that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 85,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
+ Lead the design process from concept to execution ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
+ Collaborate with product managers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
+ Utilize Google Web Designer Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop high-quality design assets.
+ Oversee the creation of motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro.
+ Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.
+ Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design consistency and quality.
+ Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
+ Work closely with marketing teams to create visually engaging promotional materials.
+ Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and platforms.
+ Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to gather design requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.
+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
+ Contribute to the development of design strategies that enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
+ Possess a strong proficiency in Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD Sketch and Adobe After Effects.
+ Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Premier Pro Adobe Edge Animate Adobe Indesign Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
+ Have a solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
+ Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
+ Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects within tight deadlines.
+ Display a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
+ Hold a bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
Certifications Required
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Creative Suite
