    About this Role

     

    As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated CDL Hydrovac Operator to join our growing team. If you thrive in hands-on environments, prioritize safety, and enjoy working as part of a skilled team, we want to hear from you!

     

    What You'll Do

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate Hydro Excavation Equipment: Use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities and pipelines.

    + Ensure Job Site Preparation & Safety: Set up job sites according to company and client safety standards, including proper equipment positioning and PPE usage.

    + Maintain Equipment: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, conduct routine maintenance, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.

    + Comply with Safety Regulations: Follow all safety protocols, conduct site hazard assessments, and attend regular safety meetings.

    + Handle Materials Responsibly: Assist in the proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste materials while ensuring environmental compliance.

    + Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with project managers and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

    Listed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.

     

    + The position involves lifting (up to 50 - 75 pounds), pushing, pulling, and bending (Note: The level of physical effort may vary from site to site and in some cases be greater or lesser than documented here.)

    + Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc) rarely.

    + Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day;

    + Normal setting for this job is: outdoors and/or driving a vehicle.

     

    What You'll Bring

    What You Bring to the Team:

    + Class B CDL License

    + Experience –we will train if necessary, in hydro excavation

    + Physical Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments

    + Strong Commitment to Safety and compliance with regulations

    + Ability to Pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen

    Compensation: Production based-pay.
