    About the Role:Park Inc is seeking a professional and motivated Valet Supervisor to lead our valet operations at Memorial Health. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll ensure smooth traffic flow, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage a team of valet attendants in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be hands on working with the team!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise daily valet operations and staff performance

    + Ensure timely and courteous vehicle handling for patients and visitors

    + Train and mentor valet attendants to uphold service standards

    + Monitor safety protocols and resolve customer concerns promptly

    + Maintain accurate shift reports and manage scheduling

    Qualifications:

    + Prior supervisory experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service

    + Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (ability to drive manual transmission preferred)

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure

    + Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
