    We’re on the lookout for a **dynamic and guest-obsessed Retail Supervisor** to lead our front-line retail team! As a key member of our operations, you’ll deliver **world-class guest experiences** while keeping safety, efficiency, and fun at the heart of everything you do 💪💼🎢.

     

    You’ll lead by example, manage daily retail operations, provide hands-on mentorship, and even step in as **Duty Manager** to support the attraction's full team.     Qualifications & Experience

    • Key Responsibilities

    •️ **Lead & Inspire**

    + Be the best-in-class leader on the retail floor.

    + Motivate your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

    + Lead by example with a "shoulder-to-shoulder" approach.

    • **Drive Results**

    + Meet or exceed KPIs and Mystery Visit targets.

    + Support inventory control and merchandising initiatives.

    + Monitor and report on key metrics like dwell time and guest satisfaction.

    • **Train & Develop**

    + Assist with onboarding, ongoing training, and development plans.

    + Support performance reviews, coaching, and recognition programs.

    • **Operate with Excellence**

    + Ensure all safety procedures are followed without compromise.

    + Step in as Duty Manager and support other departments when needed.

    + Help manage staff schedules, budgets, and labor optimization.

    • **Be a Culture Champion**

    + Foster a proactive, positive, and FUN work environment.

    + Welcome team suggestions and new ideas for improvement.

    • Qualifications & Experience

    • High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

    • 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or attractions

    • Strong people management & communication skills

    • Excellent sales and customer service abilities

    • Ability to stay cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Familiarity with computerized POS systems

    • A passion for leadership and creating unforgettable guest experiences

    • Travel & Availability

    •️ May occasionally require local/domestic travel

    • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
