    Required Skills:

    Software Engineer Responsibilities:

    1. Build the next-generation, world-class digital subscription platform, leveraging C++ and PHP as core technologies.

    2. Design and implement subscription capabilities from the ground up, with a focus on quality, reliability, and maintainability.

    3. Deliver exceptional user experiences by developing and maintaining complex, scalable systems that perform seamlessly.

    4. Continuously optimize and refactor code to enhance performance, security, and usability.

    5. Collaborate with a diverse array of product teams, product managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge and aligned with the latest trends and innovations in subscription systems and the broader technology ecosystem.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    6. Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Entertainment Technology, Applied Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. Experience and/or education must the following:

    7. 1. Hands-on exploration of software development tools and techniques

    8. 2. Object-oriented design including interfaces, polymorphism, encapsulation, abstract data types, pre-/post-conditions

    9. 3. Use of Java or Java Collections, C++ or STL

    10. 4. High-performance data structures and supporting algorithms

    11. 5. NoSQL databases and object storage using HDFS, CephFS, HBASE, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, S3, and Swift

    12. 6. MapReduce, Spark and GraphLab programming models

    13. 7. Work with cloud storage systems, and develop applications in several programming paradigms

    Public Compensation:

    $184,187/year to $200,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
