About the Role: Home Health RN

As a Home Health RN, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.

As a Home Health RN, you will:

+ Perform recertification's, resumptions of care, discharge assessments, and routine client visits.

+ Counsel clients and families about nursing and related needs.

+ Communicate with the Nurse Case Manager about healthcare provider orders, necessary equipment, incident reports, and changes in client condition.

Qualifications:

+ Valid, unrestricted Iowa driver’s license

+ Current vehicle insurance

+ RN license State of Iowa

+ Two years of home health or long-term care preferred

Compensation & Flexibility:

+ The pay rate for a fulltime position is $65,375 - $88,240 / year. The starting pay rate will be based on which position you’re applying for and your years of experience.
