    *How You’ll Contribute*

    As an LTC CNA, you will:

    * Provide daily care and support to long-term care residents

    * Promote comfort, dignity, and safety for all patients

    * Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and other personal needs

    * Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams

    * Use modern tools and practices to enhance resident well-being

    *Qualifications & Requirements*

    * Valid*CNA license*in North Carolina (or compact state)

    * *High School Diploma or GED*

    * *Basic Life Support (BLS)*certification (American Heart Association)

    * Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
