    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    JOB SUMMARY (Primary purpose of the position.)

     

    The Executive Wellness Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and pre-registering patients for appointments, monthly company invoicing, facilitating patient and provider communication, and assisting patients with any billing or medical record concerns. This position works closely with the administrative assistant to facilitate exceptional patient care and efficient completion of daily testing/screening while promoting optimal unit operations. The Executive Wellness Coordinator adheres to the customer service standards while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Responsible for scheduling patient appointments:

    1. Manages patient scheduling and pre-registering using scheduling software and hospital EMR.

    2. Maintains up to date demographic/contact information for all patients.

    3. Maintains eligibility lists and verifies eligibility as requested by contracted companies.

    + Responsible for monthly contracted company invoicing:

    1. Maintains current company contact information including billing instructions/method.

    2. Creates and communicates invoices to Collections or billing platforms as instructed.

    + **Responsible for maintaining staff and physician schedules:**

    + **Keeps personnel calendar up to date.**

    + **Responsible for resolution of clerical/administrative concerns of patients related to payments or medical record acquisition, coordinating with related hospital departments as needed.**

    + **Responsible for tracking and ordering office stationary and supplies.**

    + **Responsible for overseeing patient satisfaction data and conveying pertinent information to Director.**

    + **Responsible for maintaining Executive Wellness Manual including up to date work-flow descriptions.**

    + **Other duties as assigned.**
