    + **Position: Program Manager / Physical Therapist**

    + **Hours: Full-time (30-40 hours/week)**

    + **Setting: Outpatient**

    + **Location: The Ching Villas - Outpatient Division**

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Graduate from Physical Therapy program

    + Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice as required

    + Minimum one (1) year experience in an outpatient care or home health setting
