We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift (10pm-6am). This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include troubleshooting wiring, control panels, PLCs, and motors using tools like multimeters, and reading electrical schematics. Candidates must be flexible with shifts, able to document work orders, and navigate machine manuals and SAP to locate or request parts. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with industrial equipment are essential.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician - Plant 2 (Assembly)

**Location:** Newton, NC

**Pay Range:** $20 - $31 an hour

**Shift:** 3rd Shift (10pm-6am)

What's the Job?

+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in production equipment.

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, including changing fixtures, lubricating parts, and maintaining hydraulic systems.

+ Utilize electrical measurement tools to troubleshoot and replace electrical components, including motors and sensors.

+ Document maintenance activities in the work order system and manage parts requests through the SAP system.

+ Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues affecting environment, health, safety, or quality.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma and some maintenance training or courses.

+ 2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment

+ Experience with Pneumatics & hydraulics

+ Experience with Electrical troubleshooting
