    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage data effectively. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and organizing information within databases while ensuring data integrity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter and update data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy.

    • Perform data cleanup tasks to ensure information is complete and properly formatted.

    • Coordinate with tenants to collect necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.

    • Maintain organized records and ensure data consistency across systems.

    • Assist in verifying and validating the accuracy of data entries.

    • Support database management activities, including regular updates and quality checks.

    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth data operations.

    • Monitor and report any issues related to data quality or system functionality.

    • Follow established procedures for data entry and management tasks.

    • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks, including numeric and computer-based input.

    • Strong typing skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with database systems and data management processes.

    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

    • Effective communication skills to interact with tenants and team members.

    • Experience in maintaining data confidentiality and security.
