Description We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by supporting distributors and manufacturers within the food industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage orders from distributors and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure accurate processing.

• Confirm orders and provide timely updates to clients and partners.

• Facilitate rebate processing and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate sample orders for sales representatives and oversee shipment logistics.

• Support food show activities, including registration, scheduling, and calendar management.

• Collaborate with team members to divide responsibilities across multiple manufacturers.

• Conduct research and resolve order-related issues through communication with manufacturers.

• Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure seamless operations.

• Assist with vendor management and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience in sales support or a related role.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

• Familiarity with order processing, vendor coordination, or similar functions.

• Proficiency in basic office software and tools.

• Interest in the food industry and understanding of food products used in restaurants, hotels, and similar businesses.
