    Job Title: Capital Project Manager

    Job Description

    The Capital Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects across manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to drive strategic infrastructure investments that support business growth and innovation.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the planning and execution of complex capital projects.

    + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    + Align project execution with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and external partners.

    + Drive strategic infrastructure investments to support business growth and innovation.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in project management.

    + Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

    + Background in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience managing projects in GMP, pharmaceutical, or food industries.

    Work Environment

    The team consists of 23 members, including internal team members. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure successful project completion.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
