    Civil Design Engineer – Transit & Transportation Projects

    About the Role:

    We are hiring multiple Civil Design Engineers and a Civil Design Project Manager to join our growing NYC office. This team will support conceptual, permitting, and final design phases for major transit projects, including work with the MTA and DOT. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience in transportation and rail design, and be proficient in Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide engineering design services for transit projects in NYC.

    + Develop conceptual, permitting, and final design documents.

    + Prepare technical specifications and construction cost estimates.

    + Conduct code-compliant design work across aviation, transportation, and roadway projects.

    + Produce studies and reports for various project phases.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 6+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation, rail, and MTA projects.

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads.

    + Strong background in roadway design and transportation engineering.

    + Experience working on DOT/MTA projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + EIT certification.

    + Skills in land development, site planning, grading, and drainage.

    + Experience in highway design.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
