    Complaint Analyst

    Job Description

    The position of Complaint Analyst is located in Lebanon, TN, within the Regulatory Compliance department. This temporary role focuses on evaluating post-market data from the field to make complaint determinations.

    Responsibilities

    + Review call log entries from the previous day to assess if the information meets the definition of an alleged complaint.

    + Open complaint records within the complaint management system based on data entered into the call log by customer experience.

    + Train customer experience team members on the process of entering data into the call log for accurate complaint determination.

    + Support and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as needed.

    + Participate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as required by senior management.

    Essential Skills

    - Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.

     

    - Fast and accurate typing skills.

     

    - Excellent attention to detail.

     

    - Strong command of written and spoken English.

    - Preferred:

    - Experience handling medical device complaints.

     

    - Prior recall or complaint investigation experience.

     

    - 2–5 years of data entry experience.

     

    - Familiarity with regulatory environments and FDA reporting, Basic knowledge of computers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)

    • Critical thinking and decision making skills

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment

     

    The role is Hybrid 2-3 days onsite office environment, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The position offers an opportunity to assist with a project and potentially extend beyond six months or apply for a permanent role based on performance. Full-time employment cannot be guaranteed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
