We are looking for a Laborer to join our team! Crane 1 is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. A Laborer is invaluable to the contribution of success within our high-volume branch; they keep Crane 1 running smoothly. The ideal Laborer will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of warehouse tasks and work diligently under pressure, this person will be comfortable working closely with the management team. In this role, assisting management, customers, vendors, and visitors is top priority. To be successful in this role, the Laborer should be goal driven, handy, and attentive while also being accurate. The required skills include strong heavy equipment experience, a high degree of attention to detail, as well as the incorporation of new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Laborer Qualification & Responsibilities

+ Perform general labor duties in an industrial/manufacturing setting. Take, read, and adjust measurements as needed.

+ Inspect and re-inspect work.

+ Troubleshooting various heavy equipment.

+ Familiarity with cranes and magnets.

+ Hydraulic, diesel, and electrical experience necessary.

+ Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. Other duties as assigned.

Laborer Skills & Knowledge KNOWLEDGE:

+ Minimum of (2)+ years' warehouse experience and (2)+ years' of mechanical/ electrical experience, or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. SKILLS:

+ Strong written and oral communication.

+ Strong analytical and math skills

+ Excellent organization.

+ Time management.

Ability to multi-task. Experience in the manufacturing, industrial maintenance, and/or repair business preferred. ABILITY: A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers. Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork and competition.
