Landfill Laborer - White Oak Landfill Landfill (Monroe, LA)

Pay & Schedule

+ **Hourly Wage:** $17.00 – $17.50 (based on experience)

+ **Payday:** Every week — no waiting around

+ **Overtime:** Time-and-a-half for anything over 40 hours/week

What You'll Do:

We're hiring a reliable and hardworking Landfill Laborer to support daily operations at our White Oak Landfill in Monroe. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll play a key part in keeping the facility safe, clean, and running efficiently.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

+ Weed-eating andgeneral site maintenance

+ Pressure washing equipmentand work areas

+ Assisting withscale operationsand helping load/unload trucks

+ Performing cleanup tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor

What You'll Need:

+ Willingness to work in all weather conditions

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout a 10+ hour shift, move and perform physical labor daily
