Your Key Responsibilities

+ Participates in APQP activities.

+ Assists with the design, specification, development, and procurement of inspection, measuring, and testing systems for special manufacturing processes.

+ Leads cross-functional teams in the qualification and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

+ Facilities Machine/Project releases according to Schaeffler standards.

+ Facilitates problem-solving teams.

+ Participates ininternal/external audits.

+ Supports the Quality Manager with the coordination of activities related to customer visits.

+ Approves product and process deviations and engineering change requests.

+ Ensures implementation and maintenance of new and updated Schaeffler Management Handbook procedures, Schaeffler NA/SA procedures, and applicable customer specific standards at the plant level.

+ Provides general quality engineering support to manufacturing as determined by the department manager.

+ Meet local and global key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your Qualifications

+ Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency

+ Experience in manufacturing or similar environment

+ xperience working in functional and cross-functional teams

+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently

+ Strong project management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Analytical thinking skills

+ Goal and results oriented
