    Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

     

    Duration: 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Start Date: ASAP

    Pay:

    + Local: $70/hr

    + Travel: $55/hr + $20/hr stipend (lodging & meals)

    Position Overview:

    Amergis is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students for the 2025–2026 school year. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-based setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Implement speech-language pathology services in accordance with student IEPs and school policies.

    + Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.

    + Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.

    + Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and records of services provided.

    + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.

    + Provide training and support to school staff as needed.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Meets education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.

    + Degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology.

    + Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

    + One year of prior professional experience preferred.

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable).

    + Completion of TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).

    + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation).

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements .

    + Must be at least 18 years of age .
