EPIC Surgical Services Analyst
The Epic Surgical Services Analyst supports the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Epic OpTime module, which manages surgical scheduling, preoperative documentation, and perioperative workflows. The analyst is responsible for design, build, and troubleshooting related to the application. This role partners with surgical, anesthesia, nursing, and IT teams to ensure OpTime meets clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.

EPIC Surgical Services Analyst Details
Specific Roles
+ Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, nursing, and administrative teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
+ Configure and optimize Epic OpTime module to support workflows such as surgery scheduling, case tracking, block time management, and documentation.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of surgical workflows to inform system design and optimize clinical practice.
Qualifications:
+ Associate or bachelor’s Degree Computer Sciences/Information Systems/Business major or equivalent experience with 5+ years’ direct experience working with large scale enterprise information systems is required.
+ Epic OpTime Certification preferred or willing to obtain.
