    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Production Tech Operator you'll focus on CCA Inspection and Assembly while working on essential components used in aviation systems. You’ll contribute directly to the production of high-quality products through:

     

    + Manual and automated assembly of components

    + Hand soldering and operating automated soldering/test equipment

    + Inspection, repair, and quality control of products

    + Performing machine setups, preventative maintenance, and feeder repairs

    + Recognizing and resolving issues during the assembly process

    + Maintaining accurate documentation and using digital tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

    + Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting newer employees when needed

     

    What You Bring

    Required:

    + 4–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience

    + Must have Inspection and CCA experience

    + High school diploma (or equivalent) with additional post-secondary coursework

    + Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

    + In-depth knowledge of board assembly and SMT processing

    + Understanding of soldering specifications and product quality standards

    + Ability to work under general supervision and make independent decisions

    Preferred:

    + Certifications in soldering or assembly (IPC or site-specific certs)

    + Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing

    + Experience working in aerospace or other regulated industries

    + Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, documentation systems)

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
