    What You'll Be Doing

    + Assist with daily operations at aggregate production sites

    + Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives

    + Participate in safety inspections and compliance activities

    + Collect and analyze operational data for reporting

    + Collaborate with site teams on maintenance and production planning

    What Are We Looking For

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments

    + Willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced settings

    + Commitment to safety and operational excellence

    Work Environment

    This internship involves hands-on experience at active aggregate sites. Interns should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.

    + $23/hr - $27/hr
