We are seeking a Custom Interiors Coordinator for our brand-new community in Lakewood Ranch, FL. In this role, you will oversee a high volume of custom interior projects for hundreds of residential independent senior living apartments in preparation for the community’s grand opening. Responsibilities include marketing, selling, ordering, coordinating, inspecting, and managing the installation of custom finishes and products in our future residents’ apartments. Strong project management and business operations skills are essential.

+ Compensation: Starting at $62,000-$72,000, commensurate with experience

How you will make an impact

+ Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.

+ Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.

+ Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residents

+ Process custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performed

+ Log all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basis

What you will need

+ Minimum 3 year experience in a field related to Interior Design

+ Minimum of 1 year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required.

+ Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, is a plus.

+ Project planning experience is a necessary.

+ Analytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred.

+ Basic computer skills preferred.
